I reported it as a copyright violation. Included a note saying that the image itself wasn't traced or stolen but the species depicted is copyrighted. Hoping for the best. I'm sorry you have to go through this b.s. all the time. You're a strong person to still be willing to share your art with the world after all of it.

The pose was copied from a photo of a kitten, but she replaced the cat with one of ~shiari's dragons and won't give ~shiari any credit for the species

I reported for copyright on the creature, and left a post suggesting she give credit. dA's reporting feature has gotten easier to use! Just not terribly easy to notice. I had to ask someone how to report things once.

One: the dragon figure is taken by MANY artist and used over ad over. i could find MANY MANY MANY artist with the same figures as your dragons.Two:i suggest you stop trying to get my friend banned and get over the fact that it may look like something you made. you've already read one of my comments and there will be reports if you continue to harass my friend.for both you and all the others who harass my friend over and over.

You have no right to tell people I copied your picture because it is not from your gallery. I took down the last one because I knew it was wrong, but this one is original to me. Just because it is "your" dragon design does not give you rights to send people out to harass me. If you are going to go after me for this them I suggest you have EVERYONE on deviant booted for taking the designs of other people too. Anime is not original to any of the people, neither is the Invader Zim, or South Park, or any cartoon based on something on tv or what ever, but it is on here and no one is telling them to take it down.
I would understand if I had copied one of your drawing exactly but this is not the case so please stop sending people after me and take my name down.

She has every right, it's her creation. Copyrights and ownership are fickle things, give due credit to the original artist for the character design at the very least, and listen to their requests if they don't want reprints or redraws out and around.

I've drawn other peoples work to understand poses and things, but I've given due credit to the artist or simply never shown them to keep the original works credit high
